Heroes Club members play an important role in allowing zero2hero to continue their mission of providing vital programs that educate, engage and empower young people to support and maintain their own mental health and prevent suicide in the community.
- When will the members-only prize draw take place?

The members-only draw to win $2,000 in cash takes place on Friday, 30th May 2025. Please note that this draw date is not to be affected by ticket sales (or the sell-out) of the zero2hero Heroes Choice Lottery and is drawn as scheduled.
- How do I update my membership?

- How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time. Simply email hello@heroeschoicelottery.com.au
- Can I skip a lottery?

Yes, you can skip one lottery without cancelling your membership. Email hello@heroeschoicelottery.com.au prior to the launch of the upcoming lottery.
- How often do lotteries run?

The zero2hero Heroes Choice Lottery runs four times per year. Heroes Club Members are notified before their accounts are debited and can pause or cancel their membership at any time.
